Even though the majority of OSU courses will be taught remotely during spring term 2021, many undergraduates will continue to engage in research! Keep in mind, that the continuation plan for research is separate from the plan for coursework. Once you are matched with a research mentor, you and your faculty mentor can then have a conversation about whether you will collaborate on-site/in-person, remotely, or a blend of on-site/in-person and remote, following OSU fall term guidelines.

The STEM Leaders Program is an organized undergraduate research program housed in the Office of Undergraduate Education that serves diverse students (first-generation college students, students of color, Pell-eligible, and/or women in engineering) first-year and transfer students in the Colleges of Science, Engineering, and Agricultural Sciences.
