Mission

The STEM Leaders Program is an undergraduate research program housed in the Division of Academic Affairs for first-year, second year, and first-year transfer students in the Colleges of: Agricultural Sciences, Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences, Forestry, Health, and Science. We support first‑generation, Pell‑eligible, and other underrepresented students as they begin their first research experiences. STEM Leaders is committed to increasing the number of students prepared for and participating in undergraduate research and future graduate study.
